How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of iconicgemscenter.shop (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

We travel on the road a lot with my two dogs. In the past we have used a bottle with a tray but, it was very difficult to put the water back inside the bottle so, we always had to throw it. I saw this bottle and I immodestly fell in love with the functionality of it before I got it in my hands. To my surprise, the bottle was really good! It came with an extra washer and a pre-included carbon filter to filter the water out ( Love it). The on and off button is just a slide away to control the water out of the hole into the bowl and pretty self-explanatory. I was able to get the water back inside easily ( Save water) :). It also has a drawstring kind of a thing to carry the bottle with ease if you are walking. Overall love the product. Might have to buy one more for my other dog :)

My schnauzers can drink out of it easily without getting their beards soaked! Use it in training class, on walks, carry in the car. Doesn't leak. I like that the cup is attached rather than removing & pouring into a cup. Especially like that you can redirect the water back into the bottle. The water control button works easily and does its job. I don't attach it to a belt loop although a thin one is provided to attach to the top.

It’s a wonderful water bottle for your dog just tipping over and push a button and it fills with water and he drinks it and you throw the rest out .He gets quite a few drinks and it’s just really easy to carry round I highly recommend it~❤️

We needed something easy to carry on our dog walks. The plastic is sturdy, seems like it is made of good quality. The push button feature to release the water into the drinking bowl is very clever. My dog used it no problem. Would buy again or suggest to friends if they needed something similar.

this bottle is great for small hikes and my dog loves using it. It does run out fairly quickly so its not for long hikes, thinking of getting another one for the longer hikes

This is great for taking your dog on a long walk or hike. This is really easy to use and my dog enjoys drinking out of it. This is leak proof and is easy to carry with the strap that it comes with. Any water that is not used can be easily flow back into the bottle. I definitely recommend this.
I like it. I don’t love it. I have a French bull dog and she struggles to put her face into the little bowl since it’s so small. It holds a very small amount. So if you have a thirsty dog. Maybe get something bigger than this. It’s easy to go anywhere I like it’s compact. Other dogs seem to be able to use it just fine however.
I have a big dog so I was a little worried this would be too small, but he loves it! I just wish there was a latch so I could clip it to his leash. I do have to bring an extra water bottle to refill it, but that’s just because I have a big dog who drinks a lot of water.
I really like this product but cannot give it a 5 star review as it is not as advertised. It does not hold 12 ounces only 10 ounces. I end up carrying another water bottle as my girl can empty this in one big gulp. I like the fact that if there is any water left it is not wasted. I have contacted the vendor to see if there is a bigger container available and to let them know that it is false advertising but they have not responded. I have not been able to find a bigger container on line yet. I will keep looking.

This is so perfect for traveling, and the dogs love it for easy & quick easy access to water during a walk and while in the car seat. I subtracted one star because the handle broke after a couple of uses & I had to sew it back together.

Quite large in volume and feels from half a liter of water inside despite the light plastic. Plastic without smell. The muzzle of the 6-month-old French bulldog entered perfectly-he began to drink immediately. Recommended for Bulldogs

This is a great little dog water bottle that is very convenient! When we travel, I keep it in one of the cup holders because it fits nicely there. It took a few washings to reduce the plasticy smell but it was fine after that.
